Refund & Return Policy

Summary: 30-day returns on unused items. Refunds are issued by the partner store where the order was placed.
30-day return window
If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
- Locate your order confirmation email from the partner store.
- Follow the return instructions in that email, or contact the partner's support.
- If you cannot find your order details, contact us and we will help you reach the right place.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and a replacement or full refund will be arranged at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
